- Place your order online or visit your nearest Rise location to order at the kiosk or with a cashier.
- Make sure to log in to your Rise Rewards account during the checkout process.
- Place the item in your cart and redeem your reward to zero it out during check out.

How do I join Rise Rewards?
Download the app or visit our Rewards website to join the program at risebiscuitschicken.com/rewards/.
What are the benefits of being a Rewards member?
You will receive a rewards point with every dollar you spend, provided you are logged in as a rewards member when placing the order. Those points can be used for a variety of rewards, including free Rise donuts, coffee, biscuits and chicken. We will also send you a free biscuit sandwich on your birthday.
What are the benefits of the Rise mobile app?
The Rise mobile app is the easiest way to earn, keep track of, and claim rewards. App users receive discounts, special deals and more ways to get free Rise food and drink throughout the year. You must have your app notifications on to receive these deals.
How can I use my points?
You can use your points to claim any of the following items on our menu:
Free Side – 50 points
Free Sweet Treat – 50 points
Free Beverage – 60 points
Free Southern Biscuit or Chicken Sandwich * – 80 points
Free Best Dang Box – 100 points
Free Range Award # – 150 points
* Excludes Add-ons and The Build. We recommend using The Free-Range Reward to redeem points for customizable menu items.

How do I claim and redeem points for rewards?
At any time you can see how many points you have earned and which Rewards you are eligible for in the app or on the Rewards website. When you are ready to claim your reward (ie “Free Biscuit Sandwich”) simply choose it and confirm. The reward will be placed in your account for you to select and redeem during your next Rise purchase. See the videos above if you need more clarification.
How do I make sure I get points with my purchase?
You must log in to Rise Rewards at the top right of the app/browser when purchasing online, through the app, at a kiosk in-store or with a Rise cashier in the restaurant. When you do, you will see your point balance and be welcomed as a Rise Rewards member.
How long does it take for rewards points to be added to my account?
Please allow up to 24 hours for Rewards points to appear in your account.
Do I need to allow SMS to use Rise Rewards?
Yes, we use SMS verification to keep your Rewards account secure.
How does the free biscuit on my birthday work?
We give our Rise Rewards members a free biscuit sandwich on their birthday. No purchase necessary. On the morning of your birthday we will send you a push notification, text or email (depending on what you allow) wishing you a happy birthday and with instructions on how to claim your free biscuit. You have two weeks to use your birthday gift. If you don’t allow any notification, we will simply place the free biscuit reward in your account for future use within the two week window.
How does the Refer a Friend process work?
From the Rise Rewards app, you can invite your friends to join Rise Rewards. Once they have signed up and made a purchase, we’ll send you some bonus points as a thank you for your referral.
If I don’t see reward points or a claimed reward in my account, what do I do?
Please contact us at rewards@risebiscuitschicken.com with your name and Rise Rewards phone number. We will be back in touch within 24 hours during the work week or the next business day, if you contact us over the weekend or on a national holiday.
